To my knowledge (I could be wrong) regular members are allowed to do everything except get into the chat room and pm other members. Full members can do all that. But not to worry, in my opinion, I find the forum much more exciting than the chat.

Hiiiiiiiiiii oo french thats cool i might ask you to help me with that!! Um so Willou? does the "ou" make like a "oahh" sound? like in oubane? (the tree/ poison dart) ?
If I have understood, you ask if "ou" in the pseudo of Willou is oahh saying? that's right? No, "ou" here is sayin '"oo" as in the word "too"... I hope that it's clear (I don't speack english really good than willou..I'm sorry)
