In real life I'm handcuffed to the backmost wall of a walk in closet. LOL "coming out" simply isn't a choice for someone living somewhere as homophobic as my home. The only gay person around these parts is, yours truly. ;D Because I'm kinda tired of hearing about how I'm a "homopath" and goin' to burn eternally indirectly from my friends talking about homos (Who knew hearing hell sentences could be so tiresome?) So that's why I'm here! To try to meet fabulous people. LOL Preferably if you're around my age (16ish). So yeah, please shoot me a message or something. I love to chat.
Yo, nice to meet you! Welcome to EC! I'm 15 at the moment but am turning 16 this year. :icon_bigg Feel free to post something on my wall.
The first thing I looked at was your location. And then what you typed is exactly what I was expecting lol. I'll bet your far from the only LGBT person in your area, but whoever they are I'm sure they feel just as trapped in the closet as yourself. Welcome to EC (&&&)
Yea there probably are lots of LGBT+ people here who face the same harsh reality as myself in this "charming" community of kind, generous loving people. (That is if you're exactly like them with no abnormality) I never really thought about other people aroun' here like this before... LOL Your comment has made me really wonder about how "alone" I actually am. ---------- Post added 6th Aug 2016 at 10:38 AM ---------- Darn, You need 10 posts to write on walls? What's the point of a welcoming lounge on a site where the newbies can't even reply to the welcoming XD
Welcome to EC. We have members from all age groups and all parts of the world on here and many are in a similar predicament to you, struggling to find a way to come out. While you are here, you can be yourself and talk freely (as long as it's within the rules) so join in and have fun and make friends. If you need help, support or people to talk to, don't be afraid to ask.
Welcome to EC! I'm 13 but...really...what is age? xD I know the pain of homophobia and I love chatting so...yeah! xD
Lot of people here to help out! And living in a small town in the South, USA, I know how you feel. But I am lucky to have a Big Bro and Mom & Dad who do not like my choice but support me. Trying to find another gay where I live is like stepping into a canyon and saying HELLO! All you hear is yourself! :icon_wink
I know that feeling to such extremes! T-T I wish I had a family as open minded as yours, that's really awesome for you that they are willing to revisit their morals for you! What was it like actually saying out loud to your parents the news? hopefully you see this XD
