    Hello!
I am very new to this website and chats/forums in general.

I am not confused about how super gay I am anymore, I am just not ready. Not ready to "come out", I don't know how to feel about this....Thanks for listening!

So you're not out to anyone? That's okay! You should take your time and come out only when it feels comfortable and right  I want to ask, when you felt confused...what things made you feel confused?

And well, don't feel bad about not being ready. Be happy that you aren't confused anymore ! :•)

I am not out to anyone. I am not too concerned about coming out to my immediate family and friends, but I do have the majority of my family in Mexico and I am very concerned that they will not accept me and I have never met them.

I, from age 11-18, thought I was going to marry and be with a guy I grew up with. That was hard for me to "justify". I do NOT have physical/sexual feelings for men and I know that without a doubt, now.

But you have emotional feelings for guys?? Just curious. I too used to think I was going to marry a guy once i grew up, but now I see that won't happen  Why are you worried about how your family reacts if you've never even met them?

I do not have emotional feelings for guys, I honestly believe it was a mixture of pressure from society and friendship type feelings that made me think I had more intense feelings for these guys.

Where my family lives in Mexico is not the safest and I am concerned that they would reject me before meeting me.

Hi Shay... Coming OUT is a big thing and a personal thing. I understand how finally accepting who you are makes you want to yell it out but it happens on your terms. If you don't feel comfortable telling your extended family about it... wait till they get to know YOU and I would hope that they love they you they got to know.. not just that one aspect of You... We're here to help!

Welcome to the site! I'm new too and not ready to be out yet either. Still letting it sink in as I've kind of just come out to myself. Good job joining the site! I think it's helpful to feel like you're not alone with your struggles.
