    Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a guy living in NYC, I'm here because I'm suffering from terrible depression and anxiety, and I believe my sexuality is the root cause. I still haven't resolved my identity so I can't even say I know what it is. Anyway I joined to find support and friends, possibly help with my issues. Glad to be here.

    don't dwell on the past, because there is nothing to change, don't worry about the future because it is yet yo happen, concern yourself with today because today is what's is important. I walked through a haze of fog for 30 years and shed many tears before I spoke with my doctor about some meds....the haze is coms sometimes but doesn't last long anymore. good luck and stay strong!
