hey im gay and wanting ideas for dating im 15 going on 16 this summer. i have tried online and dont like it and in a small town douglass, kansas with a population just under 2,000 people it is hard to find a gay guy that is my age if i can find one at all. i cant find any locals any tips or ideas?
Hi, welcome to EC! You're still pretty young, so honestly, though it can be frustrating, take it slow. Don't focus on finding a relationship so hard - there's most likely tonnes of other things going on in your life at this age. It's super annoying sometimes to not be in a relationship (trust me I know), but you gotta go with it, you know? Imo, the best relationships happen naturally.

I agree, no hurry at all. At your age, you can look forward to learning to drive, getting your first summer job, earning money, figuring out what you like to study in school, making friends, and just living life. You got tons of time to figure out dating later. For now, I'd say learn as much as you can, and have fun. Build a computer, learn to cook, ace a math test, play baseball, lift weights, read the Great Gatsby, make a table out of plywood, anything you want. Then when you're older and you meet a guy you like, you'll be a really fun, interesting guy with cool life experience. Hope this helps!
