First I would like to say that I'm very happy to have found this forum because for the past 2 years I have been really questioning my sexuality. It's been a constant struggle for me. Lots of denial and very scared about all of this. Hopefully this place will give me some insight and make me feel comfortable with myself. Anyway, I'm Lea and I live in the Midwest. (USA). 25 years old and I plan on going to school for nursing pretty soon but for now I'm just a barista at a Starbucks. I'm obsessed with my cat. He's my world. Huge coffee and iced tea addict. I'm very sarcastic and I love making others laugh. I love making new friends so please come say hi!
Hi Lea! I'm J. Welcome to EC! I'm questioning as well and being on EC is helping me quite a bit. I hope it does the same for you! I also plan on going to nursing school in the near future, love Starbucks, and sarcasm is my middle name! Do you have a specific unit in which you'd want to work in when you become a nurse?
I hope so!!! I'm driving myself insane because I'm just so confused!! You and I could totally become best friends, I swear. haha I'm actually thinking about becoming a neonatal nurse practitioner. I adore babies and it just breaks my heart to see a baby sick. What about you?? ---------- Post added 6th May 2017 at 11:23 AM ---------- Thank you!!!!
Send me a message whenever! I love conversations! That's awesome and I agree, sick babies break my heart too. I plan on being a mental health nurse as of right now, but I also love babies and could see myself working in maternity.
Hi Lea. I'm Cam. Welcome to EC. The people here are friendly and supportive and it's a great place to discover who you are in a safe and accepting environment.
So do I! I'll definitely send you a message! Mental health nurse? That sounds pretty cool!! ---------- Post added 6th May 2017 at 05:39 PM ---------- Thank you!!! ---------- Post added 6th May 2017 at 05:39 PM ---------- Thank you and sweet!
Hi Lea, welcome to EC! Though I've never really questioned my sexuality, I have been in denial about it and it was scary for quite a while. If you have any questions, let me know I hope you'll find the answers and help you need (*hug*)
