Oh, and if you are asking how to add people to your list, then First you have to post more than 10 due to get homepage with buddy list. And then you can make a list and add people to it. And if you are asking how to add your name to our buddy list, then Go to the person's homepage that you wish to added your name and you'll see " Request To Join My Buddy List" and click it and ask for it.
