It's the first time since the onset of my illness that I hung out with someone ;D . Today was the day I moved into my dorm, and at orientation from May I had met a really nice guy and we seemed to hit it off. After orientation I added him on facebook and we then talked on AIM. Well, today I saw him in the bookstore and we said hi and talked for a minute and then he had to go. At dinner we saw each other again. He waved to get my attention and I got him a seat at the table I was sitting at (I was sitting with 3 other people at a table for 4, so I squeezed him in next to me and stole a chair from another table). We ate dinner and the whole table had fun and laughed (I was the main one talking; I tend to have "interesting" stories to tell). Anyway, all the people except me and him left and he asked me what I was doing tomorrow (there are events scheduled as a way to meet people; we are doing 2 diff ones). We then walked around the residential freshman portion of campus trying to figure out where everyone was since there were night activities planned and he found his dorm and then I suggested we go back to mine to watch a DVD or something and he said "Ok I guess". So we went back to my dorm and my roomate (who is like a ghost) wasn't there so we sat and watched an episode of Family Guy and laughed our asses off. I told him I hoped he enjoyed himself and he said he did a lot and I said we should hang out more and he said "definitely". He decided to leave so he can go back to his dorm and meet people and whatnot. I walked him down to the foyer of my dorm building and told him I'd talk to him later . Oh, and did I mention that he's gay ?
