    Hi everyone my name is Michael and I'm 17. I've been trying to figure out exactly what I am for a while now and I've only told a couple of people recently that I've been curious about guys for a while. I hope this site helps me so I won't be so confused anymore.

    I'm guessing it's a bit of a challenge even being willing to *post* on a site like this so taking that step of exploring what your feelings are is a great thing. There's no rush to figure that out... some people take days, and some years... so just spending some time exploring the site, reading the stories of some of the people who have come out, and the threads with the issues that others have discussed might help you get some better insight into yourself.

    Feel free to ask any questions that come to mind, there are no dumb questions, and really, shouldn't be anything that's embarrassing to ask either. The advisors and staff are all available to talk to you privately (via PM or chat) if you have things you want to discuss without doing so publicly, but i think you'll find the community as a whole is very supportive and helpful with just about any concerns you may have.

    A lot of people go through the (I hate using this phrase...) "phase" in which they question their sexuality.

    It's just part of being human, no matter how it turns out.
