Hey everyone! My name's Sam. I'm 22 and 1.5 months away from finishing college in upstate NY. I am currently 100% closeted, but that's why I'm here. I first admitted to myself that I am gay about 2 years ago, but in order to avoid fully accepting it, I stayed busy enough that I rarely thought about it. With graduation looming, I've been forced to think about my future, and ignoring the truth is no longer enough. I decided to join to take that first step for myself and to make sure that I keep moving forward. I look forward to getting to know y'all Sam

It's a daunting task for most people to think about coming out because, perhaps more than almost anything else, it requires opening ourselves up to vulnerability and judgment from the people closest to us. I hope you'll spend a bunch of time here, discuss your concerns, ask questions, and find a sense of comfort and acceptance that so many others have here.
