Hello! The first thing I would like to tell you all is that you are beautiful! I am so very excited to ‘meet’ everyone! The site is so inviting and I am glad this place exists. (!) Now what? Uh, I'm so bad at introductions! Well my name's Michelle. I am ashamed to say I used to be homophobic before finally coming to my senses a year or so ago. (Is that a bad thing to say in an introduction?) I’m out to most of the people in my life. In coming out though, I lost all but one of my friends. And the only one who accepted me just moved clear across the country because of her fiancée! So needless to say, I would really like some friends right about now. I’m hoping that being here and doing some local volunteering will help. Can’t hurt right? Before I start rambling nonsense, which I tend to do, I’ll leave the introduction at that.
