I'm Engaged!!

Hey guys. The title says its all. I am still on cloud nine and wanted to share the news with you all.

Last Thursday and Friday my fiancé (still getting used to it) went to Provincetown, MA and stayed at a wonderful B & B. It turned out we were the only ones there. It was wonderful. We had a great meal at a beautiful restaurant then went out for drinks. When we got back and we talked about how much of a great time we have had over the past week. We spent the past few days together before we went away. I fell on the ice at work and sprained my knee. He is a teacher and was off on February vacation. So eventhough I missed work and was in pain I enjoyed spending the extra time together. We have talked for a while about when we would move in together and when we would get married, so we deiced to make it official.

I told my family and they have been so loving and supportive. My dad said all he has prayed for is for me to be happy. My brother who is my twin put me on speaker phone so I could tell my sister in law at the same time. I feel so lucky.

I wanted to share my news with all of you guys. EC has helped me so much to get me where I am today. You have all helped me grow to person that I am today. This is something I don't think I could ever thank you all enough!

Thank you everyone. I am so happy to share the news with you. I wanted to tell EC because like many of you here, when I first joined I was unsure about myself, scared and thought I would loose everyone in my life be coming out as gay. But I did not. Everyone in my life has been wonderful. So there is hope out there.
