    I'm new, obviously. I just wanted to say hi and meet the community a little. I am very happy I found this site and I hope the people here are as nice as is advertised. I live in a small redneck town where my sexual preference is frowned upon...so it's very hard to meet others like me... :S but anyways I just wanted to introduce myself.

    Hey, Chris! I'm from Sacramento as well, and there are at least a couple of other ECers from here also. There are indeed some rednecky areas nearby, but lots of good people out in the sticks as well.
