I thought I'd do this now since I didn't bother to do it when I first signed-up - so here I am! My name is Wahnfried (a bit cynical, I know) and I would refer to myself as a bi-romantic, largely asexual and an aesthete. I know my profile says "homoromantic" but that is because that is the side of me I wish to explore and share @ EC. I have a little blog going here, a little corner of mine to write short accounts of incidents and romantic scenes of mine...probably for the sake of everyone's amusement. I haven't told anyone about my romantic leanings or desires (except for a psychiatrist who treated me for a time) not so much because they wouldn't accept me but because (a) I think my family live in a black-and-white/all-or-nothing world and wouldn't understand the complexities and grey-areas I inhabit and (b) I don't think I would enjoy the attention lavished on me! On the other hand, you people at EC can feel free to give me as much attention as you possibly can! :icon_bigg So there we have it and I look forward to getting to know the community better. W.
