So Excited about This Place

So not usually savvy with forums, but a few months ago decided to get an account on ###, but man if I had seen this place first!


So some introduction to catch you guys up. Been around here for 19 years, enjoyed a good life so far. Have always known I had an attraction to guys but didn't accept and come to terms with it till this past summer. Went through the bi stage and quickly realized that I would never love a girl the same way. Never had a girlfriend, since I'm not one to jump into things that I don't support, since I was always unsure about that just kinda avoided it, although I had plenty of chances. Never had a boyfriend for that matter, but since I've only been out for about one month I'm good. Oh yeah, came out within this past month in a snowball sort of way. After rumors getting around to my sister-in-law I decided to tell her one night, which led to telling my brother (her husband) soon afterwards on yahoo messenger - being that he's serving in Iraq currently. Had a long period of debating when to tell my mom and stepdad, and finally told my mom in the car one day, she came home and told my stepdad. ALL positive results! Oh and my good friend Grace was the very first person I told... she had been through her own issues with possibly being lesbian and I felt most comfortable telling her first.

Hmm that seems so fast to get all of it down. I'm sure I'll reveal more along the way. I like books, writing, music, movies. All the norms, although a bit quirky. Vegetarian. Hmm I don't know, just ask or say hey or whatever. Glad to be here, hope to share some advice as well as learn from all of you and have some fun!

 

Wow thank you guys, you all make me feel very welcome! I hope I can be of some help to anybody here who is having trouble, we all go through it. But to begin with, anyone who has found this site is doing amazing already! I sure wish I could have had resources like this when I was dealing with my issues back in the day. Can't complain, took me till 18 to come out and it was perfect timing for me personally.


I love the diversity here, you get use to gay rooms and all I ever see is guys, I really miss talking with girls as well online. So hopefully I can make a few friends on here, feel free to message me about whatever or just say hello I'm an open book.
