    I guess I'll give a little background about myself. So I'm 17, I come from a really homogenous republican-leaning town (as in 3-1 republican-democrat ratio...) in Connecticut. That said, I am fully out to all my friends and family and I have had a really positive coming out experience. I fully came to terms with myself back in January and I started coming out to people in May. The first person I came out to was a guy who has now been my boyfriend for over 6 months and he is really incredible. My friends have all been really cool, and even now that everyone in school knows, I haven't heard a single comment against me, for which I am grateful. I love to run and I run about 5-10 miles every day. I'm also a classical pianist and I have played for 12 years now. I'm a senior in high school and currently a slave to college applications and homework...So anyway, that was just a very cursory picture of who I am, I'm sure I'll get to know you all better eventually.
