Hello all. Well let's start with the insignificant stuff. I'm 16, male and I love men. . .very much. I've known that I was different since 11 years of age, but I've only started accepting it late last year. I hail from one of the more conservative countries regarding LGBT tolerance, and it sort of sucks, but in the end you learn to deal with it and to make your life rather pleasant regardless. Now with that out of the way, let me give an insight into my life . -I'm a classically trained pianist. -I talk to myself because I enjoy my own company more than other's. Yeah, you could say I'm an introvert as well. -I have a very annoying habit of being absent minded at crucial moments. -I LOVE daydreaming. -Single for life, bros! -I go to a public, boys' school where all homosexuality, even if implicit, awards you a good trample-over by the 'str8' jocks or a whack over the head with a Bible from the 'good' Christians. Luckily there are SOME open-minded liberals. -I love reading. Especially gothic literature. And yeah, that's pretty much me. Hope I didn't produce some boring rant. I hope I'll have fun posting.
Hey...I have an great uncle [well his son my uncles a bit dead!] whos a minister over there at a Methodist Church! :icon_bigg Welcome to the site! Hope to talk to you again soon :smilewave
WELCOME TO EC It's great to see you remain so optimistic even when things don't exactly seem ordeal over there
I'm hardly optimistic, haha. I'm just. . .really indifferent. It doesn't affect my happiness in any way. Not sure if it's a good thing, though. Yes, it is an inconvenience and it does suck in the sense that you might lose about 90% of your friends if they know, but ja, that's about it.
Hello! I hope it isn't weird of me to say that I grew genuinely and deeply excited while reading of your interests. Welcome to EC!
Welcome to EC! And major points for optimism - it's nice to see you keeping a good head on when you're in such a conservative place.
