I hate to be a kill joy here folks..... but this post is originally from oct 2011, and the poster had only ever made 8 post here on EC. (the last in 2011 as far as I can tell) I know the "new" members want to try and help out "every one" they can..... but please look at the dates of the post you are replying to. Odds are if there have been no replies for a year or two .... the issue has likely been resolved, or the original poster has long since left EC.
