Hola Empty Closet! I just moved to London Ontario a few weeks ago, and I feel like I'm back in the closet. AHH! Do you know how long it took me to come out the first time? Seriously, some jerk put a lock on the thing! Anyway... I had friends back home who knew I was out and were completely supportive, but they didn't follow me on my move. So I feel pretty alone right now. Is anyone out there in Empty Closet land in London Ontario? Would love to meet some like-minded friends.
Welcome to EC! :newcolor: There probably are a couple, but remember that this site isn't a meeting-people one, and you won't be able to share any emails or adresses or stuff until you are a full member. In the meantime, maybe you could see if there is a PFLAG chapter where you live and join that to get to know some people and their families. Good luck!
Not in Ontario, just good ole Alberta. There will certainly be groups and clubs in your area though, especially in colleges and universities. Just look around
Hi & welcome! (*hug*) Im not in London, but I do live about an hour away, so youre totally not alone! I was actually just in London on Jan 30th to see my endocrinologist, & I definitely plan on going to Pride weekend this summer, so maybe we will bump into each other one day!
Fiddledeedee - Sorry if I offended. I wasn't trying to look up a girlfriend or anything, just feeling lonely and wondered if I could make friends with people that understood me.
