Welcome to the forum Rob. How long have you known you were gay for and why are you still in the closet? Who do you envision yourself coming out to first?
Thank you. Hmm, I've had my suspicions since I was around 12-13, but I knew it was definite about half a year ago (I was 15 then), and for some reason I accepted myself straight away. I'm not out yet because all my friends (the male ones) are in the "try your best to show you're not gay" phase... (although none genuinely disapprove of lgbt people as far as I'm aware). 1 female friend I know would accept me but she's my ex so I'll have to come out to her carefully, haha. And I don't feel ready to tell my family, although they're completely libertarian towards gay people so it dhouldn't be a problem. Nice name, by the way. ---------- Post added 11th Feb 2012 at 01:24 AM ---------- I explained that badly. Basically I mean they all act macho and everyone who isn't is "gay","fag", etc.
