    ... but thankfully, I did eventually make my way here. lol (Well, maybe you do since you're here too. lol)

    Anyway, I've been looking for a site to keep up with LGBT news/talk to people in a similar situation as me.

    I'm not technically out, but I wouldn't be shy about telling someone if they asked me. My (fairly religious) mom asked me last summer, and I told her, so she's the only one who knows (Irl anyway, quite a few of my online friends know.) Nothing really seems to have changed though. She doesn't like it, but she also said that she'll try her best to accept it, and everything seems to be okay.

    Anyway, that's all I really have for now. I might ask some questions in the advice section pretty soon. So, see you around. :slight_smile:

    for some reason, I think for us gay men, the hardest person to come out to is one's mother (that's probably why I haven't done it yet).

    i told my mom and she said she had a suspicion already :slight_smile: my mom isn't keen on it either, and we've seldom talked about it. but when we do, it's a really good conversation :slight_smile:
