I'm a 15 year old girl from the UK, uh... just introducing myself! :L I came out to my parents not long ago, I've told a lot of my friends but not all (even though I know they would be very supportive) I find it sort of difficult to see everyone around me dating and me being seen as 'cute' because I haven't kissed anyone yet. I'm thinking about going to a youth club for LGBT kids in my area but I'm really nervous about it (any advice?) I'm hoping to go to university once I've left school and become a physicist <3 :smilewave
Woah. I swear to god that your post happily sums up my life... Any particular uni? :icon_wink Anyway, welcome to EC :smilewave Everyone's perfectly lovely on here :icon_bigg
Hi and welcome! Sorry I can't really give much advice on the youth club thing, because I've never been. I know this is going to sound cliche but I think it's totally true, just be yourself. There are probably others there that are nervous too. The best way I get rid of nerves is to just start talking to someone....this probably doesn't help much so I'll stop now haha. Enjoy your time here!
You're both so kind! Thanks for the welcomes ^-^ DefineNormal - I'd really like to go to St Andrews ♥ Vanille - I hope I'll not be the only new person their when I go :L Thanks for the advice !
Only new person? Ohhhhh, yeah let's hope not They should be glad to meet someone new though! I know I would Kinda like right now I guess haha
Hey welcome to EC. I think the youth club sounds like a great idea, I mean sure it might be a bit scary the first time but im sure you will make some great friends.
Hiiiiiiiii, welcome to EC about the club, go and try it it n be nice experience and about physics, I'm majoring physics right now at uni but it doesn't actually fit me, I'm more into literature and arts
