Hey guys, I'm Peanuts, though my real name is Sarah. I joined recently after a bout of lurking and I figured this place was pretty cool. Anyway, I'm 15 and I'm not really out to anyone yet. My parents are your typical Catholic family, etc. You guys likely know the story already. q: I've known I was gay since I was 14, though I've always ''known'' since I was 10/11, when I first started liking girls. It's something I struggled with, but now I'm completely accepting of myself. I just wish I could meet other LGBT people nearby. Anyway, enough about my gayness. I love music, and I hope to become a skilled jazz musician in the future. I play the saxophone and the piano, and have screwed around on the guitar, so I have some basic skills. I also dig all forms of theatre and love performing in general. The stage is an awesome place. While I'm not geeking about the arts, I'm geeking about space. Unfortunately, while I don't think we'll be settling into intergalactic colonies soon, my dream is to work at NASA one day. If you've bothered to read this much, that's basically me in a nutshell. So yeah, I hope I can settle in nicely here. Everyone seems so friendly. c:

Welcome to EC! I know what you mean about not knowing anyone who is LGBT nearby, but this community is seriously helpful. There are some awesome people here, always ask when you want some advice! c:
