Salutations! I've been meaning to do this for a while now because it's a matter of decorum to me but just couldn't be bothered about it because of all the crap that I've been going through. Anyway, I just came out to my sis who, unsurprisingly, was very accepting AND excited so what better way to commemorate this milestone in my life than to properly introduce myself to this community! So, is this the part where I'm supposed to say something about myself? *Ahem* (clears throat), well, I enjoy playing the piano, swimming, cooking (minus the cleaning up after cooking) and reading/watching healthy debates on almost any subject. I dabble a bit in martial arts as well because I find it exhilarating to physically beat down my opponent during sparring (it's a really good tension relief, you should try it!). Used to video game a lot but just don't have the time for it anymore. I guess I'm shifting my focus to something else. Maybe I should try rock climbing or something. It looks really fun.:icon_bigg
Hey Welcome! :smilewave I've read a thread by you and glad to hear you've come out to sis and of the success. That's really great. btw I'm same with the cleaning up lol and wow! martial arts, I'm still in day dreams yet about starting to learn some.
Welcome to EC! I used to love rock climbing too. You should try it, it's really fun. And it you do it a lot you get really strong.
@Chels Taekwon-do. Well, it's more of a sports than martial arts but as long as it involves sparring, it's the same to me lol. @ Silver Sparrow So you lost interest in rock climbing? Why? @smprob Thanks. You should try it. Yeah, the classes aren't cheap but if you know how to look for it, I'm sure you can find something affordable or if you're lucky, free.
