Hey, everybody!! My girlfriend just joined EC! She is the sweetest person you will ever meet, and she gives great advice (she's a Psych major). I know she will be an awesome part of our community here. Her username is ThatScooterKid. She isn't out to anyone, really, except me. (She's really scared about coming out to her family.) She has just figured out that she's bi, and I think it would really help her to have a positive, supportive, nonjudgmental group of friends here to help her out. Oh hey, that's cool! I can definitely understand a level of trepidation about coming out to family. People just need a little bit of coaching, even if they are psychology majors.
some people call me crazy for being a psych major bc they think i can psycho analyse them. Not yet, but that is all part of my master plan. hehehehe
You are so sweet and such a loving partner to introduce your girlfriend like that. It is incredible to me to see the love, affection, and respect that you feel for her. Just seeing your post about her brought me to tears. Keep that up and nothing will ever bring the two of you down. I am new to this site, but I wouldn't be surprised to see that half (or more) of those that post here are jealous of the love you share.
Honestly, there are no words to describe how I feel about her... my most recent blog post takes a stab at it (if you want to check that out) but seriously, I could never put to words the incredible light and hope and joy that she is to me.
