I am male, commuter college sophomore, closeted. Maybe out on internet only.

    So uh, hi?

I have been finding threads in this forum via google.

I have been mentally confronting my sexuality throughout teen years.

But before I get into deep issues within me, I probably should study for my tests. XD
    but I like internet :frowning2:

and it says I can't use chatroom D:

Hello and welcome to EC. Feel free to look around the forum, and maybe make some posts etc. We're quite a friendly bunch and I don't think anything really fazes us in general...

As for the chatroom, you'll have to meet the Full Member requirements and apply for it before being granted access mainly for safety issues.

Well, it's a lot of posts lol.

It's there a thread for like Students Lounge or something? (one of the forum I go to is Serebii, which is basically pokemon forum -I am in like multiple pokemon forum- and off topic is usually where I lurk XD)

question: what's the rule on bumping old threads?
no necro after one page? after x months?

Ah, well there is things like the "Chit Chat" section, Fun and Games...they all count towards your post count.

As a side note, make sure you do read the forum posting guidelines as there's some things you can't post on here due to safety concerns.

Yeah, but I am not willing to take the time out to type a long thread at the moment.
So my inner thought can eat me while I battle college sophomore blues. (the studying, oh joy)

You mean the giant banner about giving out information? Yeah, that's kind of expected. I am not sure if LGBT links/sites have more lurkers than like, straight sites (like, facebook). Someone should make a statistical analysis on that XD

Even Youtube and gaming ID? (well, that part confuse me, because, I play on a flash game site a lot)

Yep...even Youtube and gaming ID. But you can swap ID's with other people if you PM them though (which is non-public messaging), but you need to be a full member i think...can't remember exactly.

    Kacho,
sad to say people out here on the internet can sometimes be a really weird bunch, so sometimes a little wait for safety is not always a bad thing.

Besides now that I know who, and what I am, I have my whole life to take the time to explore myself and others.

    Everything is new again.

I'm also pretty new too. Welcome, these forums are awesome and filled with really friendly and supportive people. I'm a college student too, and have also been confronting myself over the past few years.

College was probably the first actually time I loved to learn, so much to do was also true. I had no life to speak of at the time. But I would do it all again, as it made me appreciate learning for the sake of knowledge and how interesting mankind's history really is mind boggling

Um... I have actually know myself been fapping to gay porn (when I am home alone or people asleep) or interest in the underwear/swimwear section of weekly ads... So that goes something.

However, I haven't really tell anyone, except maybe internet friends lol. I just can't bring the courage and time and opportunity. I would like to be more careful.

And as a commuter, I can't really experiment or secretly date in college. My college is the same city as my HS, so I do see some familiar faces time to time.... And by that I mean like, once a week or every two weeks.

you mean social life? I have none. >_> I tried joining clubs. But as much as having a college friend outside of classes, that is not happening.

Laughing about this now, but when a bunch of girls would be hanging out talking about guys and the problems they were having with their bf's. I would be there too just hanging back listening and soaking it all up on what not to do, if I had every got a girl friend.

Of course I realize now, I was the only guy there.

undergrad? graduate? Forget to say that I am an undergrad

I try not to cram since I know I will forget and I take days to remember materials...
Let alone understand them enough to know how to apply them...

I am scared for my Organic chemistry 1 test this friday. I haven't been studying the first three weeks of school and I have other classes to juggle. :***: my life! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I have to know confirmation, naming hydrocarbons, resonance structure, and a few other things >_<

HAHAHAAHAHA. BETTER MEMORIZE THOSE STRUCTURES AND FUNCTIONS AND ENZYMES AND IONS AND...

I took A&P back in HS, it was kind of challenging lol.
I am studying for microbiology and organic chemistry test this week yeah.

My goal was to minor in chem if I do well in this course... but lately I just feel like everyone have a college friend and I am just lonely sophomore commuter student ._. Yes, I get envy of my dorming HS friends (that we only share links on FB now). but I guess saving thousands of dollars from not dorming (and paying required dorming meal fees, which I think it's nasty) is a good thing....

Yeah I guess I'm a "commuter" as well. I didn't know what you meant by that in your first post, but I get it now. And don't worry, there are many of us that don't have any college friends, lol. Although I'm trying since I recently started going to the GSA group. If your school has one, you might wanna try it out. That is, if you're comfortable going to such a thing. It's a great way to meet other gay people.

not comfortable at all! like i say, i see people in my school everywhere! I don't want someone see me in the background... joining GSA or similar/equivalents.

    gah, it's fear. >_>
