Welcome to EC, Michael!!! I'm new here as well. I'm not out either and I have found EC to be SO very helpful. I'm sure you will love it here, as do I. Also, I'd like to say your writing was just fine!!!

When I was in my teens years, I didn't know which one I was more unsecured about my sexuality or having to wright and reading out loud.( I was really bad at reading then) I still don't know my sexuality 100 percent. I have being work on both for years and I am now comfortable with myself. You are the second person to tell me that writing was just fine. When I was 18 my Mother said, your writing was not good enough for college and you and just going to flunk out. It means so much to me that you said that. (*hug*) Thank you!! Welcome! Don't worry about your writing, it is completely fine. I'm sorry your mother made you feel bad and said you'd flunk out of college. I'm sure you'll do great.
