Hello and Welcome!! You could start a thread in support and advice. If you don't want your username on a post, you could start a thread in the anonymous section also.
Glad you decided to join. This site has been a godsend for me. Just being able to talk about rather difficult issues is liberating. I suggest you just dive right in and post in "support and advice"...don't worry, if it turns out not to be the right section a moderator will move it to a better place.
