Hi guys! I just wanted to introduce myself I'm 18 and bisexual/demisexual, still in the closet. I don't plan on coming out until I get a boyfriend or girlfriend. I just don't feel that it's necessary yet though I tend to be annoyed when someones calls me straight - but right now I'm too lazy to bother and explain myself I'm trying to decide what I want to do with my life and to be honest, I'm struggling quite a bit with this and had to deal with depression and severe panic attacks for the last two years. I was on antidepressants and anxiety medication but I don't have to take them anymore (since September) and I'm fine so far I also had an eating disorder from the age of 8-16 including severe anorexia from 13-16. Concerning my eating I'm fine so far, too, though I still have a therapist. I found the atmosphere here to be incredibly nice and l love to read all the different opinions you guys have to offer here, so I decided to join you
Sounds like you've been through a lot. Good for you for making it this far! Takes a lot of strength. The support here is amazing you'll never have to go through anything alone. Welcome!!
You're one tough chick! I totally relate to the depression and panic attacks. I have been overcoming some random ones recently after having not had them for awhile. Well we're here for you girl! Welcome to the pack!(!)
Thanks for the warm welcome! Thanks :lol: I'm so sorry - panic attacks are hell. Mine were so bad they made me throw up because I was so scared and it all ended in a nervous breakdown, when I had 2-3 every day, each of them lasting up to 3 hours :/ I hope you'll be better soon (*hug*) And again, thank you so much!
Yeah I agree... panic attacks are BAAAAD stuff! I'm glad that you're feeling ok right now though! One step at a time! (*hug*)

Was it like like when your forget to eat for a couple of days in a row... or barely eat/ drink or overly I'm just curious Bc you never know what is meant by just strickly eating disorder..... and is it inappropriate to ask I'm never sure... well if so then I apologize.

It's perfectly ok to ask, I don't mind First it was an eating disorder not otherwise specified, which started when I was 8 and it was basically a rather weird way of eating, restricting certain things, some days starving myself and other days stuffing myself with everything I could find. I was always on some sort of diet. When I was 13 it turned into anorexia and I stopped eating, thinking I was fat and needed to lose weight even though I was already slightly underweight. The starving really messed up my body and stopped puberty and growing for two years. At some point I was set on starving myself to death. I'm quite lucky that everything is fine now
