Hello world!

So hi everyone! I'll be seventeen in three hours, and have decided that since I've never posted anything, I might as well do it now. I've been lurking about on the site for a few months, and although I constantly am reading something from here and adore reading the comments, I've never worked up the nerve to actually post something.

I don't really know what to write now. I guess I'll write about sexuality then since that's kinda what this is all about. I'd like to call myself lesbian, but since I still have the occasional crush in a guy, I suppose I'll be bisexual. I'm out to a few of my more liberal friends and almost my mom(it was a weird day). My parents are both musicians, and, consequently it seems, extremely liberal, so I know they don't have any problems with sexuality. I just don't want it to get strange if I have a friend over for a sleepover or whatever. I live in a fairly conservative area, and know nearly no one else who is gay/bisexual, despite attending a huge high school. Most of my friends would be fine with my sexuality(but not everyone), but it would put a few friends in awkward positions. Awkward itself is an awkward word, with the 'wkw' in the middle. Don't you think?
