Hello and Welcome to EC!! Once you become a full member, you can exchange contact info via PM (just make sure that both parties are ok with sharing info.) You have to be a full member to do this because no off-site contact info can be posted in public areas of the forum.
I was actually starting to thing it might not be bad, but i see what u mean. I gave it a little thought an I was like (Hmmm.... Not a bad idea.) about no outside contacts, That might have been made to keep all members active here and help one another. =)
