As for how to use the site, it's a support forum so it's basically a place where you can find yourself, get advice, and help others. If you need help with something or have something that you want to talk about, you make a thread in what appears to be an appropriate section, and others will answer with support, encouragement and advice. Is this what you were asking? I'm not sure exactly what you mean when you say you don't know how to use the site, so correct me if I'm wrong.
