Like it says up there, Im not exactly new. I joined up a few years ago. Posted a few times. But work and life got in the way and am just now getting back on board. I wanted to try to get into LGBT youth mentoring in RVA, but Im also trying to open my first restaurant so I don't exactly have free time to fully commit to that. So I figured this could be my next best option. Im a chef, turn 31 in a couple weeks, have an awesome pastry chef BF, and a corgi named Harry. - Johnny P.S. - I love that one of the options for "My Mood" is Canadian. lol

Thanks! And I think I am. Can't see myself doing anything else. We're called The Rogue Gentlemen, and we're a pre-prohibition era inspired cocktail bar serving modern American cuisine based in French technique. Looking at a summer opening.
