Hellooo just joined and wanted to drop over n say hi to everyone so about myself.. i''m gay. i ain't completely out yet, i've told some people but i'm cool with people finding out that i am in real life. i get made fun of & the normal kinda stuff for that, but i'm used to it by now. i haven't told my family yet cause most of them are huge religious people & think homosexuality is wrong. especially my parents. sometimes i tend to get real depressed & upset about all that and yes i almost committed suicide a few times. but hopefully people on here can get to know the real me and who i really am.

Hello Danny! Welcome to EC! As for me personally, I still believe in God, but disagree with some things religion does. I was taught this song from the day I was born: "Jesus loves me this I know for the Bible tells me so". Doesn't matter if you're gay or not. He STILL loves you. God still loves you and will protect you from whatever is bothering you, just like he does for straight people. That's my belief. God doesn't make error. The church does. And if you ever need advice and/or need to talk, you've come to the right place, where you're always accepted Pleasure to meet you

Yeah, don't let religion scare you from coming out. My family is pretty religious too, especially my grandparents and cousins.
yeah i'm definitely with ya on that one. only my mom's side is really religious though. my dad was originally an atheist until he got married.
