Welcome aboard. Congratulations on taking the step to join and finding the courage to post. While we may have heard many similar stories before, we haven't heard yours, and because we are all different, your story will be different and unique too. This is a great place to vent, you are safe and you can push your boundaries and expand your comfort zone a little bit at a time, at your own pace. My advice would be too take advantage of the opportunity, but to remember as well that you can pick and choose from all the advice and experience you find on here. Not everything will be applicable to you, and you are the only person who can decide what will work for you. There may be some things you read in other people's posts and think "I can do that" , but there may be others which you think "not ready" , that's ok , it's not a race. I hope that in a pretty short time you will have a quick glance back and be amazed at how far you have come. ( and probably reaching the 'yes, I can do that' stage with some of the stuff that you had looked at earlier and gone 'not ready' ).
