    My name is Jessica. I am 18 years old and a freshman at the local community college (after being homeschooled). I live in Texas. I have social anxiety.

    I am this strange bookish loner of a girl and I don’t know why I am here.

    I read (especially nonfiction), I listen to music incessantly, I am fascinated by the human mind, personality psychology, and how relationships and societies are organized. I feel distant. Like I'm living a lie. I have a lot of things to say, but no words with which to say them, so forgive me for sounding boring.

    I don't know anything anymore.
