Hi I have known for a long time that I am lesbian but I haven't been able to come out because of the fact that my family is a very religious family (4 preachers in the family) and I know that if I come out they will disown me. But I'm sick of hiding behind a mask.... last night I took the first step and told my best guy friend that I am lesbian... he took it great but I don't know how to tell anyone else... this also stops me from being able to find a girl... what should I do
Hi. At least there's a support system here. I hear you, knowing real religious people. They don't understand sexuality very well. You can ask questions inside the forum categories, so check those out too.
welcome to EC !!! Ask all the questions you want btw from what i hear unless you're ready to actively be part of a group(meaning hang out with other gay people) your best way of meeting someone would be the internet...
Right now I'm having to live with them so yes I am dependent on them but I'm ready to start dating but I can't until I move out
