Hi everybody, just a little thread to introduce myself as I'm quite excited to be on these forums! Basically, I didn't realise that I was probably gay until a few years ago (although in hindsight, it should have been completely obvious since I was young). After spending a couple more years in denial, I finally came out to myself and then started searching for the perfect time to tell some of my closest friends. That took me another year, but finally happened a few weeks ago! I've never particularly felt like a part of the LGBTQ community before, but that's changing after coming out to a few people. I'm really starting to feel like I want to properly immerse myself in the culture, so I'm looking forward to talking to some of you now that I'm at long last comfortable with admitting that I'm gay! :icon_bigg
