I think this is the right place to put this. I am going to be straight out honest I think I may be transgender (M2F). But I really don't know, because I'd rather have female parts over male parts, but a males personality. If I could select what I was right now; I'd choose to be a tomboy instead of a straight up guy. Can someone PLEASE help me, I don't know what to do, or even say. :help:
Correct me if I'm wrong or disrespectful... As far as I know, a tomboy is a woman. Not all women have to be girly girls to 'qualify'. Same with a 'butch' : She is another 'type' of woman. The desire of having female parts points directly to feeling like a woman, and it is a clear sign of being trans (even if not all trans want/need it). So the desire of having the parts is important, but not 'mandatory'... About 'a male personality'... I'm not quite sure if you are refering to the stereotypes, or being afraid of losing a part of yourself (hobbies and such) because they 'are not what women do'.

When you think about gender, you stumble on stereotypes and definitions made by the society and times we are living in, it is not that you have a fault, there is a lot of questions that you need to ask yourself, questions like... If I have to chose between calling myself woman or man, what would I chose? How did it felt about the changes of my body when I started puberty? Do I like to be called man/woman? If I had the chance of being born again, what gender would I chose?
It's perfectly ok to want to transition to be a masculine girl. I'm gender fluid, but a lot of my 'guy times' is a very femmey guy (conversely, I'm usually a tomboy/soft butch girl). The core of it is that you are a girl. That's what matters, not what type of girl you are.
Masculinity and Femininity are two different psychological personality spectrums. Gender identity is a whole different shebang. You can be a cis or trans man or woman who scores highly on the masculinity spectrum and low on the femininity spectrum. It's totally independent.
