FYI, not to appear rude. But the search function, which you will find near the top of the forum page above the big yellow banner should aid you in quickly finding answers to many of your questions. Activity is high in GI these days, so it would probably behoove us all to try to do this first vs always posting a new threads, which tends to bump other helpful threads off the first page.
